RELAXING IN THE PALM SPRINGS SUNSHINE
Everything about this property has been designed for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. Gorgeous architecture that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. A very private resort-style yard with pool, spa, tanning deck, outdoor dining pavilion, deluxe built-in barbecue station, and spectacular mountain views.
Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a steam shower in the master bathroom. Also an outdoor shower just off the master bedroom.
The amazing chef's kitchen is just waiting for your next culinary creation! There are mature fruit trees (grapefruit, orange & lemon) to enjoy during their season.
Pets under 50 lb are welcome for a Pet Fee of $100/per pet, a maximum of two pets. You are expected to clean up after your pet, failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $75. The property is completely enclosed so your pets are free to enjoy the great outdoor space with you.
You can choose to have the pool and spa can be heated (please inquire for current heating fee rates). During the months of June through the end of September pool heating will most likely not be needed.

Reflects clear taste and sphistication of owner. Clean and Welcoming. All beautifully cared for, and bigger than photos suggested. Location was great for us. Or anyone else. Close to airport and downtown. The pool was fantastic!! With a real deep end.
