THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES

This spacious executive villa has been perfectly space-planned for comfort and relaxing in the sunshine. Completely remodeled for the way we live today. You'll find an updated Chef's kitchen and baths, high-speed internet, 4 flat-screen TVs, spacious sleeping quarters, and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. It even has a game/rec room with foosball! An upscale yet multi-generational space - there is truly something here for everyone.

The living room is open to the dining room, huge built-in bar, and game room - perfect for spending time with your entire group. The kitchen has been perfectly space planned for individual and group meal prep and has stainless appliances, a professional-grade gas range with griddle, sub-zero refrigerator, granite countertops, and bright pool views.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES

As gorgeous as the interior spaces are - it is the outdoor spaces that are the crowning glory. Completely walled and gated for privacy - the yard is surrounded by a lush ficus hedge and towering old-growth palm trees. The beautiful pool with integrated waterfall spa is at the center of the yard and is surrounded by a covered outdoor living pavilion, a fire feature, and a gas BBQ. Lush grass and stunning mountain views all add to the magic of this special property. It's the perfect place for living the good life!

You can choose to have the pool and spa can be heated (please inquire for current heating fee rates). During the months of June through the end of September pool heating will most likely not be needed.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Each of the three Deluxe Master Suites is incredibly spacious and has a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV, ample storage, en suite bath, and private access to the yard. The first two Masters have King beds and the third has a Queen. There is an additional fourth full bathroom.

PETS

Pets are allowed. Up to 2 dogs under 50lbs each. A pet fee of $100/pet (plus City TOT tax) is required. Guests are expected to have well-behaved pets and to clean up after them (additional charges will apply if guests do not clean up after their pets).

THE LOCATION

Deepwell Estates is located within walking distance to very popular South Palm Springs nightspots like The Purple Room, Mr. Lyon's, The Saguaro, and The Ace Hotel. Some of the city's best restaurants including SOPA, Europa, and 533 Viet Fusion are right down the block. Art galleries, grocers, sandwich shops, burger joints, and other neighborhood conveniences are just a stone's throw away.

A PART OF PALM SPRINGS HISTORY

This private home was custom-built in 1957 when weekend and seasonal getaways were all the rage for the celebrities and millionaires who flocked to the Deepwell Neighborhood to relax under the radar. Carmen Miranda, Jack Webb, Eva Gabor, William Holden, Loretta Young, and Julie London all had estates here. Even hot dog king Oscar Meyer owned a place in Deepwell. Today, Deepwell remains one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Palm Springs - known for its impressive estate-like properties that feature tall privacy hedges, glamorous swimming pools, and iconic architecture.

RULES & REGULATIONS

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old as per the City of Palm Springs. Absolutely no music or amplified sounds outside at any time of the day or night, as per the City of Palm Springs. No more than 3 vehicles at any time of the day or night at or near the property as per the City of Palm Springs. Any of these rules or regulations that are violated will result in a fine and termination of stay without a refund. The city does not give warnings.

MISCELLANEOUS

Our local management company - Modernize Home Services (Jeremy & David) will be available to help you out with any needs that may arise during your stay. They are also our concierge service and can provide optional grocery stocking before your arrival (for an additional fee). They have a great knowledge of the city and surrounding areas if you have any questions please feel free to ask them.
